Job Description: Onsite technical support role focused on assisting field staff with new technology and devices. Provide timely end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help staff be more productive through innovative tech solutions. Strong emphasis on customer service and clear communication. Must work onsite in Salem during standard business hours.
