We are looking for Project Engineers in Mulitple Locations for our client. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of engineering projects, providing technical expertise and leadership in the design and implementation of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project engineering, from initial concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in systems design and operations to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of various systems such as HVAC, plumbing, etc.
  • Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing plans, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary specifications and standards.
  • Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and material coordination & ordering in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee and manage all project engineering activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in systems design such as HVAC, plumbing, etc.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing plans.
  • Experience in managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and material coordination & ordering.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of system operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software tools.
  • A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.
