Location: Sturbridge, MA


Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 | Direct Hire

Job Summary:


We are hiring a Process Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality systems, process improvement, and compliance initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing process documentation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with manufacturing teams to define product and assembly requirements

  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and compliance

  • Identify and implement quality improvements and risk reduction strategies

  • Lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage change control processes for document updates and releases

  • Evaluate and improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness


Qualifications:


  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or process improvement

  • SOP and policy creation

  • Strong data analysis experience

  • Formalized problem-solving ability

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
