As an Engineering Program Manager, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating closely with a passionate cross-functional team to drive the technical execution of our shared mission. You'll be instrumental in not just delivering exciting new engineering initiatives, but ensuring we're building the right things - identifying opportunities to be strategic and create meaningful impact for our users and the business. 3+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives in developer or business-facing products.\nDemonstrated success shipping client applications (e.g., iOS, macOS) and/or complementary web or backend services.\nProven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.\nStrong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.\nExceptional organizational skills, ability to track many moving parts at once.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.\nProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.\nExperience on projects with rapidly changing information, while also landing work along the way.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience is a strong plus. Technical background or hands-on experience with software development is a strong plus.\nExperience with location-based services, tracking technologies, privacy-preserving location, or AI/ML-powered location features. Familiarity with the Find My network, secure location sharing, or device tracking.\nPrior success delivering programs at the intersection of hardware, software, and services.\nPassion for product quality, user experience design, and attention to detail.\nStrong growth potential: ability to operate independently while welcoming mentorship and feedback.\nExperience working at a startup or major zero-to-one project a strong plus.
