Technical Business Analyst (Quickbase)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's direct client has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid, long term (12+ months) contract position onsite in Dallas, TX (3-4 days/week) or New York, NY.

Core Responsibilities:
* Support IT projects for real estate and equity teams, including Japan team
* Coordinate QuickBase integrations and data flows, including dashboarding and reporting
* Gather requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard builds
* Participate in ongoing RFE data analysis and automation projects
* Validate data relationships and support developers in modeling and integration tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Targeting mid-level (7-10 years of experience); Open to sharp candidates with 5-7 years of experience
* Experience with QuickBase (low/no-code SaaS; training provided if needed)
* Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft products is beneficial
* Ability to drive requirements and validate data for dashboarding and integrations.

Industry Experience:
* Real estate industry experience strongly preferred; Investment/Equity/financial background is acceptable
* Understanding of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data structures, and stakeholder language

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
