Product Designer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Product Designer III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
The Product Designer will work independently on end-to-end product design within a fast-moving Fintech platform. They will partner closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and design execution skills
* Ability to lead design independently on small-to-medium projects
* Proficiency with design systems and component-based design in Figma
* Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
* Design craft: comprehensive command of principles, tools, and advanced Figma usage
* End-to-end thinking: designs across full user journeys including pre/post-product touchpoints
* Customer & market insight: grounds decisions in user research, data, and competitive context
* Business acumen: can set success metrics and articulate impact
* Partnership: clear process for working with PM, engineering, and legal
* Communication: confident presenter with structured narratives; Able to influence at the team level
* Fintech or financial services experience is nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
