Ideal Candidate Should Have
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules including Material Ledger, CO-PC, CO-PA, and FI submodules
- Strong background in SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) implementations and system integration
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in Finance and Controlling
- Proven success in leading SAP projects or functional areas within SAP implementation
- Familiarity with Concur, Vertex, VIM, Ariba, and their integration with SAP
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a global IT environment and cross-functional teams

This role involves guiding best practices, defining solution roadmaps, and designing future-ready architectures for financial operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams, understand business challenges, and design scalable SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional SAP expert in the Finance and Controlling domains, especially with FI and CO modules, including CO-PA, CO-PC, and Material Ledger
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define functional specifications
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions with integration across other modules like MM, PP, SOP
- Lead or contribute to full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
- Work on system testing, data conversion, training, and documentation
- Provide ongoing SAP support and work closely with the Application Managed Services (AMS) teams
- Participate in strategic IT planning by developing digital roadmaps and business cases
- Mentor peers and junior consultants, promoting cross-functional knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date on SAP's latest developments to drive innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, preferably with full implementation exposure
- Expertise in submodules such as Fixed Assets, Treasury, Credit Control, AP, AR, Bank Communication
- Experience working with third-party tools like Concur, VIM, Vertex, and Ariba and ensuring their integration with SAP
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, Agile methodologies, and IT governance practices
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with the ability to lead change across a global enterprise
