Summary

Mandatory Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, specifically in Payroll and Absence Management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a Payroll through an HCM transition or system upgrade.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, compliance, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with fast formulas, costing, legislative data groups, time and labor integrations, and absence accrual processing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Oracle HCM certification is listed as a required qualification in the provided skill matrix.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Payroll or Absence Management.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, APIs, and integration frameworks.
