Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise programs from initiation through successful implementation.
  • Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, including change impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
  • Manage large-scale banking and financial services transformation initiatives.
  • Lead programs involving card processing, payment systems, credit/debit card platforms, merchant acquiring, or card issuing.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive governance, resource planning, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements within the financial services environment.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading enterprise transformations.
  • Strong experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with card processing, payments, credit/debit card platforms, merchant services, card issuing, or payment processing systems.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and governance.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Any OCM certification required.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci Change Management, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
  • Experience with payment platforms including Fiserv, FIS, TSYS, Global Payments, Worldpay, or similar.
  • Knowledge of payment regulations, PCI DSS, and financial compliance.
  • Experience with enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
