Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Build and configure case management and BPM workflows
Implement rules, flows, UI components, and integrations
Customize Pega applications using low-code / no-code features
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements
Develop reusable components and follow guardrail compliance
Integrate Pega with external systems using REST/SOAP services
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Support deployment and production issues
Prepare technical documentation and design artifacts

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Pega concepts:
- Case Management
- Rules Engine
- Decision Tables & Trees
- Flows & Flow Actions
UI development: Sections, Harness, Skin
Integration: REST, SOAP, Connectors & Services
Data modeling: Classes, Properties, Data Pages
Reports: Report Definitions
Debugging tools: Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI
