HCM & Payroll Domain Depth 7+ years of hands-on experience in HCM systems testing, implementation, or functional consulting - with deep understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle Demonstrated expertise writing and executing test scripts for Core HCM business processes: Hire, Onboarding, Job Change, Compensation Adjustment, Leave of Absence, Termination, and Offboarding Strong working knowledge of Workday Payroll - earnings, deductions, taxes, off-cycle runs, payroll audits, and pay
