Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Service Delivery Managerwith deep expertise in cloud technologies and agile delivery models. The ideal candidate will lead service delivery operations across cloud platforms, drive continuous improvement, and manage squad-based P&L responsibilities. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
- OverseeService Delivery & Operations Managementacross cloud platforms.
- Define and maintainSLAs, OLAs, and KPIsfor cloud services.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and other teams to optimize performance and reliability.
- Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manageescalations and high-pressure situationswith effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ensureeffective communication and stakeholder engagementacross all levels.
- Own and manageSquad-based P&L, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise inat least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding ofcloud security, compliance, andcost optimizationstrategies.
- Experience withAgile delivery modelsandAgile Service Management toolssuch as Jira.
- Knowledge ofDevOps practices,automation, andCI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
