Job Description
Primary Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, Costing, and Profitability Analysis
Proven experience in Life Sciences industry, with exposure to Toll Manufacturing processes
Deep understanding of intercompany accounting, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and plant
abroad scenarios
Knowledge of global taxation frameworks (VAT, GST, withholding tax, etc.)
Hands-on experience with process order settlement and manufacturing finance integration
Ability to lead workshops, drive requirements, and interact confidently with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and documentation
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Secondary Skills:
Description:
• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions across:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Cost Center Accounting
o Product Costing
o Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
o Internal Orders and Settlements
• Support and advise on complex Life Sciences manufacturing finance processes, including:
o Toll manufacturing operations
o Plant abroad scenarios
o Intercompany accounting
o Transfer pricing models
o Cross-border financial transactions
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis,
and recommend scalable SAP solutions aligned with global business objectives.
• Lead finance and controlling workshops with senior leadership, business process owners, and
cross-functional teams.
• Drive integration between SAP FI/CO and manufacturing modules, including:
o Production Planning (PP)
o Materials Management (MM)
o Process Orders
o Settlement and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with global taxation and regulatory requirements, including:
o VAT
o GST
o Withholding tax
o Regional and international financial reporting standards
• Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, executive presentations, process
flows, and training materials.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices, process improvements, and finance transformation
initiatives within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
