Pay Range - $90 - $100/hr
One of our clients is looking for a Solutions/Salesforce Architect to join their team remotely with monthly on-site meetings in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Must Haves:
- Consultative Approach (executive presence, can give direction and provide oversight, ability to pivot, advocate points of view, be an SME)
- Extensive Architecture experience in both Salesforce and Azure and ability to integrate multi-cloud platforms together
- Have come from a development background previously with the ability to create something from nothing
- Azure Financial Services Cloud Experience
- Salesforce Certifications
Nice to Haves:
- Insurance exp. in contracting claims

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and a strong background in the insurance space, specifically around contracts and claims. This role is critical for guiding large-scale Salesforce implementations and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
o Serve as the architectural authority for Salesforce solutions, focusing on Financial Services Cloud within the insurance domain.
o Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and steering projects in the right direction.
o Oversee solution design and integration strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
o Lead architectural governance, ensuring clean design principles and SDLC compliance.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
o Guide integration strategies, including MuleSoft and other API-driven approaches.
o Ensure solutions align with cloud concepts (Azure experience preferred) and enterprise architecture standards.
o May review Apex code and development practices for quality and scalability (oversight only, not hands-on coding).
Required Qualifications
o 10+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services, etc.).
o 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise-scale projects.
o Proven experience in insurance domain
o Strong understanding of SDLC and prior development experience in .NET or similar platforms.
o Ability to provide strategic direction and challenge decisions.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and consulting best practices.
o Salesforce certifications (Architect-level and Integration certifications preferred).
Preferred Skills
o Experience with Marketing Cloud (future roadmap).
o Exposure to Azure cloud concepts.
o Strong consultative mindset with ability to influence and guide executive stakeholders
