CW-Data AnalystThe Data Analyst identifies current market sector trends and customer patterns through statistical modeling and analytics. This job assists in examining and identifying data trends that help answer business questions and improve decision-making. Working under moderate supervision, this job collects data sources, analyzes data and extracts key information. This job helps monitor and evaluate data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Assists with mathematical, statistical, and economic methods that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.
- Identifies trends found from modelling and informs other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.
- Helps develop data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential future business decisions.
- Works to develop detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance and investment management based on data summaries.
- Recognizes areas of opportunity and risk through data analysis and modelling and reports findings.

Consultant Database Reporting Analyst
Overview
Nuveen is seeking a Consultant Database Reporting Analyst to support the management and delivery of con a sultant database submissions and related reporting for Nuveen's institutional business. Working under close supervision, this role assists in the accurate and timely completion of database questionnaires, performance reporting, and consultant-facing documentation to support the organization's sales and client retention efforts. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure all submissions meet consultant and client specifications and comply with applicable requirements. Given the breadth of Nuveen's real estate platform - spanning core, value-add, opportunistic, debt, and listed real estate strategies - a meaningful portion of this role is dedicated to supporting real estate-specific database submissions and reporting .
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- The Analyst supports consultant database projects from initial intake through final submission, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Support populating databases for private capital strategies - including private equity, private credit, real estate, and real assets - covering fund-level performance, capital activity, and consultant/investor disclosures.
- The role involves drafting and updating responses to consultant database questionnaires in alignment with current firm messaging and sales strategy.
- The Analyst attends meetings with subject matter experts across investment, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure that content accurately reflects the organization's positioning for each relevant strategy or product.
- Building strong relationships with key internal business partners and stakeholders is an essential component of the role.
- The Analyst is responsible for maintaining and refreshing database content with updated performance data, organizational information.
- Additionally, the role contributes to identifying and documenting opportunities to improve workflows and content quality across the database reporting cycle.
Educational Requirements - University degree preferred.
Work Experience :
- Prior experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field is required.
- Experience in alternative investment reporting across private capital strategies - covering fund-level performance, capital activity, and consultant and investor disclosures is preferred.
- Candidates with direct exposure to real estate investment reporting, open-end or closed-end real estate fund structures, and property-level performance attribution, are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with consultant databases, RFP processes, or investment writing is expected, and experience with consultant platforms is considered a meaningful advantage.
