Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud, database, network, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects in large enterprise environments, driving cross-functional collaboration, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple infrastructure, AWS cloud, database, network, and security projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation activities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assess the impact of infrastructure and technology changes across interconnected applications and systems.
  • Facilitate project meetings, implementation reviews, readiness assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proactively identify and escalate project risks, issues, resource constraints, and schedule concerns.
  • Translate complex technical discussions into clear business-focused updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, and governance standards.
  • Support implementation planning, contingency planning, validation, and post-deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Database, or Security initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects in large enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud technologies and infrastructure concepts.
  • Knowledge of networking, databases, security frameworks, application dependencies, and production support environments.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • AWS Associate Certification.
  • Experience with Power BI and executive dashboard reporting.
  • Background supporting large-scale infrastructure transformations, remediation programs, or security initiatives.
  • Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.
Technical Exposure
Candidates should be comfortable participating in discussions related to:
  • AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Networking, VPCs, Routing, Security Groups, and NACLs
  • Oracle, SQL Server, Amazon RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB
  • Windows and Linux Platforms
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Infrastructure Upgrades, Patching, Migrations, and Remediation Programs
  • Production Support, Incident Management, and Service Availability
  • Application Dependencies and Enterprise Change Management
