Role: Senior Data Engineer (DATA ENGINEERING | DATA MODELING | PERFORMANCE)
Work location: Hybrid - Onsite every other week at the nearest client office.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is intended for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with 11-15 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, ETL Development, SQL Development, and Data Analysis within large-scale enterprise environments.
The role focuses on business data analysis, data modeling, ETL development, advanced SQL, performance tuning, data quality, and the delivery of scalable and maintainable data solutions.
The Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong capabilities in data analysis, data modeling, ETL development, advanced SQL, and performance optimization.
- The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable data solutions that enable business outcomes and improve data accessibility, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support ETL and data integration solutions.
- Perform data analysis, data profiling, data validation, and data quality assessments.
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models supporting operational and analytical needs.
- Develop advanced SQL for transformation, reconciliation, aggregation, and reporting workloads.
- Optimize data-processing performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring (Must have skills):
- 11-15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, ETL Development, SQL Development, and Data Analysis within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience in business data analysis and translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Strong experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data integration.
- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning expertise.
- Experience in high-volume data processing and large-scale data environments.
- Strong data quality, validation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience investigating and resolving production and non-production data issues.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with AI/ML-related data initiatives.
- Experience with API development and integrations.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms.
- Financial services or other data-intensive industry experience.
