• Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working across all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Commitment to test coverage and modern testing practices.

Experience:

• Experience building internal and user-facing web applications.
• Experience collaborating with business or technical subject matter experts to propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test code to enhance and support multiple company solutions for consumer and call center users.
• Build new applications for internal and user-facing needs.
• Participate in all stages of the development life cycle including initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
• Work closely with business and technical subject matter experts to understand business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements and goals into scalable and maintainable application solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are completed as planned.
• Contribute to product ownership, design patterns, test coverage, and other areas of technical leadership when needed.
• Ensure strong code quality through testing and adherence to modern development practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies that support business needs.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while contributing to continuous improvement.
