Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced *Windows Desktop Engineer* to provide hands-on desktop engineering, endpoint management, troubleshooting, and technical support for users in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the *Microsoft Windows ecosystem*, endpoint management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and enterprise desktop technologies.
This is a *100% onsite position in Atlanta, GA, requiring the engineer to work from the client location **five days per week*.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
* Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot *Windows 10/11* workstations.
* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
* Manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices using *Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM*, or similar endpoint management platforms.
* Perform Windows imaging, operating system deployments, upgrades, patching, and software installations.
* Troubleshoot hardware, drivers, printers, docking stations, monitors, VPN connectivity, and other peripherals.
* Manage user profiles, permissions, Active Directory accounts, group memberships, and Group Policy-related issues.
* Support enterprise endpoint security tools, antivirEDR, encryption, and security policies.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
* Assist with desktop refreshes, hardware replacements, application rollouts, and technology deployments.
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, procedures, and resolutions.
* Work with infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, application, and service desk teams to resolve complex technical issues.
