Summary
ob Description:
My direct client is looking for an experienced Manager Technical Product Support to lead and manage technical integrations between healthcare systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. This role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting data interfaces, ensuring seamless interoperability, and supporting healthcare organizations with system connectivity and data exchange.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EHR systems, healthcare data standards, and technical integrations, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support technical integrations between EHR systems and external platforms
Troubleshoot data exchange issues and coordinate with software vendors and third-party providers
Oversee implementation, testing, and deployment of data interfaces
Conduct training and provide support to healthcare providers and organizations
Monitor system connectivity, identify issues, and ensure data accuracy
Perform regular data quality audits and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve interoperability processes
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to track progress and resolve issues
Assist in updating technical documentation and system specifications
Support data upload processes and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Maintain data security and confidentiality as per organizational policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical experience
Minimum 7+ years of experience in EHR systems, healthcare IT, or network administration
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7, VXU, QBP, and SOAP
Experience with EHR integrations, data exchange, and interoperability
Knowledge of immunization data workflows and healthcare systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, or hospitals
Knowledge of data quality audits and reporting
Familiarity with training and onboarding healthcare organizations
Understanding of data security and compliance in healthcare systems
