Location: Exact work location (onsite expectations in NJ / hybrid model) - Raritan or Titusville, NJ- Later client will give flexibility to work as remote

Job Description ::

• Lead the EWM and TM AMS delivery workstreams within the S/4HANA program, engaging with business, IT stakeholders, Implementation SI, Transition vendor to lead and steer triaging, analyzing, and resolving incidents and production defects.
• Manage all AMS deliverables in the logistics domain, ensuring SLA compliance and driving high-quality incident, problem, and change management resolutions
• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities to work directly with end clients and drive outcomes
• Any specific pharma domain experience required (if mandatory) - not required but will be a plus - EWM and TM Skills grounded in AMS delivery experience is essential.
• This is a client facing role, as such, being onsite at the client office in Raritan or Titusville, NJ is an expectation (at least for the starting few months)
