Role Overview

•Experienced Agile Scrum Master with 8–10 years of experience, including deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, to guide a high-performing team through Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and impediment removal.

Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

•Team Coaching & Mentoring: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices; foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

•Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress and productivity.

•Backlog Management Support: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritised, and aligned with P&C business objectives (e.g., regulatory compliance, new product rollouts).

•Metrics & Reporting: Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release readiness to stakeholders.

•Domain Alignment: Leverage P&C insurance knowledge to help the team understand business context and complex insurance workflows, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
