Hiring a Sr BI Developer with strong experience in SQL Server & SSRS
Compensation: $110,000-130,000 DOE
Other Perks: Company benefits, pto, 401k
Location: Tampa, FL (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Reports to: Financial Systems IT Director
Team Size: 5 BI Developers and 1 Financial Systems Analyst

Must-Haves:
- 7+ years as a BI Developer utilizing the below:
- SQL Server database development (database design, stored procedures, triggers, etc.)
- SSRS
- SSAS
- Build & Develop ETL processes
- Run and develop SQL Server Agent jobs
- Power BI (able to create & develop on the front-end)
- Understanding of multidimensional and tabular cubes
- MUST be able to execute database table development, not just pulling existing data, but knowing how to take other data and put it into the company’s system so that it can be used for reporting.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and views to facilitate reporting.
- Design and develop dashboard reporting for internal teams on financial service data
- Obtain and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.
- Perform adhoc queries and develop reports based in response to internal and external requests using Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize data quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Jr BI Developers
- Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.
