Simplus is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, hands-on development, engineering standards, and team mentorship across enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise, Experience Cloud experience, and a proven ability to lead Agile engineering teams and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 4+ years in senior or lead engineering roles.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and custom metadata.

• Required: Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, platform automation, and integration patterns.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience leading developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring teams, and driving technical decisions.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted Salesforce development.

• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, Salesforce DX, branching strategies, and release management.

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and technical ceremonies.

• Strong communication, architecture, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: 7+ years of Salesforce development, Salesforce PD I/II or Architect certifications, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
