Summary

Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $60-70/hr
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Charlotte, NC

Support healthcare payer data initiatives by translating business needs into detailed data requirements and ETL specifications. Apply healthcare payer domain knowledge, data analysis, profiling, and SQL expertise to define source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and data scenarios. Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Data Engineers to maintain high-quality technical specifications and reliable data solutions.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years' experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Health Care payer terms with good ETL background
  • Strong data Analysis/profiling / SQL knowledge.
  • ETL - Preferred Ab Initio or informatica or any equivalent knowledge is fine.
  • Knowledge in Facets is helpful.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements from healthcare insurance payer stakeholders and translate them into functional data requirements.
  • Define source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, data movement rules, and ETL pipeline specifications.
  • Analyze target data layers, profile datasets, and document relevant data scenarios and exceptions.
  • Decompose initiatives into manageable features and releases aligned with business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate ETL specification documentation for assigned subject areas.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Engineers to clarify expectations, resolve technical questions, manage risks, and maintain code and design quality.
