What do you get to do in this position?

Using your understanding of the energy management and power solutions domains, your responsibilities for this position include:
  • Support of hardware and software used in monitoring of electrical power distribution
  • Manage systems daily to ensure effective operation and availability to the customer
  • Provide second and third level technical and management support to key customer(s)
  • Ensure integrity of the data, implementation, and infrastructure
  • Proactively achieve superior system performance
  • Provide engineering services for data integration and software configuration for power monitoring
  • Analyze energy and power data for patterns and anomalies
  • Work with sales team to manage customer relationship and to deliver optimal value

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering / Computer Science preferred

Experience with systems Integration and automation

Detail oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Self-motivated, and results driven with ability manage time, prioritize tasks, and track costs

Team oriented with demonstrated ability to work effectively in group and matrix settings

Work remotely, actively collaborating with team members and engaging with customers to ensure seamless communication and high productivity in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of

Energy performance monitoring systems (software and hardware), such as:
  • EPO - EcoStruxure Power Operations
  • PSO - Power System Operations
  • PME - Power Monitoring Expert
  • PSE - Power SCADA Expert
  • Aveva System Platform (Wonderware)
  • Ignition

Networking technologies, including:
  • firewalls
  • virtual private networks
  • industrial data communications (such as Modbus, OPC-UA, and ION)

Application platforms and deployment:
  • Windows administration and security
  • SQL Server deployment, maintenance, and scripting
  • Cloud computing
  • Microsoft IIS
  • n-Tier application deployment
  • Web and database script programming

Business Productivity Software
  • Especially: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Nice to have:
    • Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
    • Salesforce CRM

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
