CACI is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill a Software Developer role in Chantilly, VA, to support the customer's modernization effort. The successful candidate will design, build, and deploy highly scalable, resilient, performant cloud microservices, develop code using various programming and scripting languages, and adhere to approved design plans and coding standards, as well as identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options. The candidate will collaborate with the user interface designer(s) to ensure seamless integration and will focus on innovating new and better ways to create solutions that add value. The CIT program is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Python, AWS, RDS, and file-based storage systems.

Required Qualifications:

ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph
A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or additional years of specialized experience in a scientific or technical discipline.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with distributed cross-platform applications, orchestration, and security.
Excellent knowledge and experience of software quality process/assurance, including automation testing, unit/integration testing, desig

n/code review, code profiling and software CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated experience working with Agile software development and DevOps practices, such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment.
Experience using RESTful APIs or software development in a cloud environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Python, Java, and one or more scripting languages (e.g. Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, UI Frameworks, Web Services/REST, J2EE).
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with NoSQL and/or file-based storage (MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Terraform, etc.) or hands-on experience with distributed cross-platform applications, orchestration and security.
Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with data analysis methodology.
Demonstrated experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
Demonstrated experience in technical understanding of Cloud architecture.
Demonstrated experience in client-side technologies (Java, Swing, EXT JS, JSP/HTML).
Demonstrated experience with Unix/Linux operating system.
Experience with data lakes, Databricks, or other similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience in Web server technologies (e.g. Tomcat, Web Logic, IIS, HTTPCore).
Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps, Release engineering and Operations approach to automate deployments.
Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic working environment.
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile scrum teamwork environment.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
