Summary
HRIS Analyst – Workforce Scheduling/Time & Attendance
Location: Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday | Candidates must already be local to the Minneapolis area
This HRIS Analyst will configure and support workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and related HR systems, with a primary focus on plant and manufacturing shift scheduling. The role combines hands-on system configuration, production support, requirements analysis, integrations, testing, and implementation work across enterprise HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support schedules, shifts, rotations, labor rules, employee assignments, and related workforce-scheduling workflows.
- Troubleshoot scheduling configuration, production, data, and integration issues while supporting ongoing system health and stability.
- Translate business requirements into functional, configuration, data, and integration specifications.
- Support system enhancements through testing, user acceptance, implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years supporting, configuring, implementing, or enhancing complex enterprise technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring or supporting workforce scheduling, time and attendance, workforce-management, or labor-management systems.
- Experience with scheduling functionality such as shifts, rotations, coverage requirements, employee assignments, labor rules, availability, or schedule exceptions.
- Experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting system issues, working with integrations, and supporting testing and production stabilization.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Indeavor, Infor WFM, UKG/Kronos, WorkForce Software, Shiftboard, Dayforce, or a comparable workforce-management platform.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, warehouse, distribution, or another complex shift-based workforce.
- Experience integrating workforce-management platforms with HRIS, payroll, ERP, timekeeping, or related enterprise systems.
