Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closure
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall execution, ensuring adherence to established processes
Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, with proactive mitigation strategies
Provide regular status reporting, including progress, risks, and key metrics
Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels
Oversee resource planning and allocation
Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts
Facilitate change management and scope control
Ensure quality delivery aligned with business and technical expectations
Collaborating with other project managers while working on a large program

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager for mid-to-large IT technology projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects, QA)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with Generative AI terminologies, models, use cases
