Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support SAP Device Management solutions.

Manage device and meter lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance.

Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.

Support integration between SAP DM, IS-U, billing, and related SAP components.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.

Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

12+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP DM / Device Management expertise.

Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U and Utilities processes.

Experience with meter management and device lifecycle management.

SAP S/4HANA Utilities experience is preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
