Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Product Lifecycle Management Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support the Transitions team in managing product lifecycles, ensuring seamless operations and compliance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of SKU records, ensuring accurate updates and compliance with product disposition.
- Provide operational support with a focus on detail, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving during category transitions.
- Initiate and track Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, collaborating with buyers and brands to ensure timely resolutions.
- Execute clearance markdowns and maintain visibility into product transitions as directed by category buyers.
- Demonstrate the company’s core values in all interactions and tasks.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in creating pivot tables.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SAP, SAP Hana, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
- Experience in retail, particularly in inventory control or as a retail buyer or merchant.
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles related to product lifecycle management.
