Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Administrator in its Camden-NJ location. The IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure within a classified/high-security environment. This role focuses on maintaining the security, uptime, and performance of networks and servers.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with FS Polygraph.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network protocol.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration.
  • Security+ certification or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSA, RHCSA).
  • Clearance: Active TS SCI.

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • TS/SCI with FS Polygraph preferred.
  • CISSP certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-program or mission-critical defense systems.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, system accreditation, and continuous monitoring.
  • Strong coordination skills across engineering, cybersecurity, and government audit teams.
  • Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $110,500 - $205,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
