Summary:
We re seeking a junior analytics professional to turn healthcare claims data into clear, actionable insights and support our A/B testing program. You ll use SQL and Python plus some R to prepare datasets, build reliable metrics, and run statistically sound analyses. You ll partner closely with product and operations to evaluate experiments, track claims performance, and deliver dashboards that drive decisions. Experience with PHI and HIPAAcompliant workflows is nice to have.
Core Responsibilities

• Query and transform large claims datasets (claim/line-level) to support reporting and experiments.
• Build and maintain metrics, cohorts, and dashboards in our BI stack.
• Design and analyze A/B tests (hypothesis, sample size, test selection, results readouts).
• Follow data governance and privacy standards; document lineage and assumptions.
• Collaborate with DS/DE/PM on data quality, pipelines, and experiment implementation.

Qualifications

• 0 2(3) years in data analytics or similar.
• Strong SQL
• Python for data wrangling and statistical testing
• Basic R familiarity (tidyverse or base R) for statistical workflows.
• Understanding of claims data concepts (e.g., member/provider, claim header vs. line, codes).
• A/B testing foundations (hypothesis, randomization, sample sizing, pvalues, confidence intervals).
• Experience in at least one cloud warehouse, ideally Google Cloud Platform
