NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to lead the development, integration, and optimization of a global ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteScript 2.x, and B2C e-commerce integrations, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.

This role requires a combination of technical development skills, functional ERP knowledge, and the ability to work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation transitions, stabilization, production support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live optimization.

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.

• Manage end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.

• Design scalable omnichannel order flows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency handling, and tax management.

• Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.

• Optimize purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

• Manage implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, and system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot system issues related to technical defects, business processes, data quality, and user training.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite in a live production environment.

• Advanced development experience with SuiteScript 2.x.

• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.

• Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:

  • Multi-subsidiary environments

  • Intercompany transactions

  • Consolidated financial reporting

  • Multi-currency and tax management

• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, AP/AR, receiving, reporting, and financial controls.

• Experience leading UAT, release management, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with business and technical teams.
