We\'re hiring a hands-on Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead CNC process development and drive automation and digital manufacturing.

Must-Haves

• Manufacturing engineering leadershipin aCNC machiningenvironment
• Methodizing new work and developing manufacturing processes
• CNC programming, tooling, workholding, and fixture design
• GD&T and complex drawing interpretation
• CNC connectivity, automation, or AI implementation experience
• Track record leading engineering teams

What You\'ll Do

• Lead manufacturing engineering for CNC operations
• Troubleshoot machining issues directly on the shop floor
• Design tooling and fixtures and support new product introduction
• Digitize CNC operations: machine connectivity, data collection, digital work instructions
• Develop the engineering team and improve cycle time, scrap, and delivery

Nice-to-Haves

• Aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Bachelor\'s in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Lean and root cause analysis

Compensation and Benefits

• $170,000 to $200,000 a year
