Job Details

Experience: Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience, with at least one high-rise or large-scale commercial project ($200M+) successfully completed.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and risk management.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the Tempe, AZ site throughout the duration of the project.
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
