DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Performs highly complex or advanced (senior-level) network administration work to client's network infrastructure. Work involves planning, designing, monitoring, and integrating system components for data/voice networks, existing network hardware and software; and evaluating potential network enhancements; as well as installing, maintaining, or overseeing the installation and maintenance of networks and network related hardware. This position also acts as Tier III support for network related service requests and incidents. Works under limited or minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. All work must be done with a security mindset.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Experience:
5 years - Leading the administration of an Enterprise network with multiple remote locations.
3 years - Experience implementing and maintaining site-to-site/IPSEC tunnelling.
3 years - Experience configuring and managing a variety of network monitoring tools.
3 years - Experience administering SAN architecture networks, such as: SAN switches, routers, and bridges; and protocols such: as iSCSI, FCoE, AoE, FCP.
2 years - Experience administering cloud networking.
1 year - Experience administering networks in a virtualized environment
1 year - Experience in management of Aruba Network devices.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
3 years - Experience in coordinating/using vendor provided support.
3 years - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
1 year - Experience with Aruba ClearPass and Central
Candidate must have CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification.
A strong desire to grow and advance within an organization with an opportunistic landscape
Preference is for candidates to be temp to hire eligible.
