We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to drive operational excellence across a portfolio of data, analytics, and engineering initiatives. This role serves as the central point of coordination, governance, and communication for cross-functional programs, ensuring successful execution from intake through delivery.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing complex technical programs, building scalable operational processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, analytics, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain structure for all active projects and strategic initiatives.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Own and facilitate program operational cadences, recurring meetings, status reviews, and retrospective sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
- Consolidate program updates and develop executive-level status reporting and communications.
- Serve as the intake point for new data and analytics initiatives, ensuring proper evaluation, prioritization, and routing.
- Support governance processes and facilitate approval workflows.
- Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor key metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into program health and delivery status.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
- Experience supporting technical organizations, including Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or Software Engineering teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs from initiation through completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with Data Science or Analytics teams.
- Knowledge of program governance frameworks and operational management practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
