Job Summary

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Build and configure Appian objects such as SAIL UIs, interfaces, expression rules, process models, record types, integrations, constants, groups, and security models.
- Design and develop integrations with REST APIs and external services (e.g., Entra, Okta, SharePoint, DocuSign, Salesforce).
- Create and optimize database objects (tables, views, stored procedures), primarily using MariaDB.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Appian best practices, design standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and application issues.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production applications.
- Prepare technical architecture documentation and take part in peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with testing teams to validate end-to-end workflows and user interface behaviors.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across development environments.
- Work closely with business teams to refine requirements and translate them into scalable Appian designs.
- Must have Appian Certified Lead Developer (Level 3, Exam Code: ACD301) and be able to provide a verified manager reference.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ideally with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with Appian RPA, Selenium, Cucumber, .NET, Java, or Python, and experience in financial services or regulated industries considered a plus.
