Summary

Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing infrastructure that enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery. This role will partner closely with engineering teams to improve deployment automation, development workflows, and overall platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Build and support automated testing infrastructure to improve software quality and release confidence.
Optimize build, test, and deployment processes to increase developer productivity and reduce delivery times.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and continuously improve the reliability and performance of the software delivery lifecycle.
Partner with software engineering teams to implement DevOps best practices, automation, and infrastructure improvements.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
Strong expertise with GitHub Actions.
Experience building and maintaining automated testing infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Proficiency with DevOps automation, scripting, and modern software delivery practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) and healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
Someone who is less of a traditional infrastructure engineer and more of a DevOps/platform engineer focused on developer productivity—owning CI/CD, GitHub Actions, automated testing infrastructure, and making the software delivery process faster, more reliable, and repeatable.
