<>Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Solution Architect/Developer III to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native data and AI solutions. This role requires ownership across the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, architecture, development, and quality engineering, with a strong focus on building production-ready systems.

<>Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Design scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS Redshift, RDS, Glue, DMS, ECS, and Bedrock.
Develop applications and services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Python.
Design and optimize data pipelines, integration patterns, and data platforms.
Build Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Own testing strategy, automation, quality engineering, and production readiness.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams in an Agile environment.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.
