Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $50.91/hour

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of automotive engineering experience
- Experience with automatic transmission development and validation
- Proficiency with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, or similar data acquisition and calibration tools
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical reporting skills
Job Duties:
- Lead transmission development, testing, and validation activities
- Create test plans, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Support test cell setup, instrumentation, and validation execution
- Analyze test data and generate detailed validation reports
- Investigate test failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, calibration, thermal, engine, and hardware groups
- Conduct post-test inspections and document results
- Manage multiple engineering projects and deadlines
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to work in engineering labs, test cells, and office environments
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of testing equipment as needed
