Job Description: 2NTJJZ - SAP Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Supply Planning & Sourcing Lead 5 Days a Week Onsite Role from Day 1 in New Brunswick, NJ

Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.

Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager SAP Procurement (Plan/Source Integration) leads strategy, design, and delivery of procurement and planning processes within SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP). The role ensures seamless integration between Planning and Sourcing functions, drives operational excellence, and partners with business leaders to enable scalable, efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Functional Leadership
Define and execute SAP procurement and planning strategy aligned to supply chain goals.
Drive harmonization and integration across Plan Source Supply processes.
Champion best practices using S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and related supply chain tools.
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead blueprinting, fit gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment for SAP programs.
Govern global templates and ensure compliance with IT and business standards.
Manage enhancements, integrations (CPI), and master data alignment across functions.
Process & Integration Excellence
Oversee procurement processes (S2P, sourcing, contracts, MRP, inventory).
Optimize planning touchpoints-demand planning, supply planning, sourcing rules, lead times.
Ensure accurate and efficient data flow across SAP MM, PP, IBP, Ariba, and MDG.
Business Partnership
Act as trusted advisor for Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Finance leaders.
Support initiatives for cost savings, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, and supplier performance improvement.
Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor SAP functional consultants and cross functional project teams.
Build SAP procurement and planning capability through coaching and knowledge development.
Required Technologies and Skills:
Required Skills & Experience
10 15+ years in SAP Supply Chain across Procurement and Planning domains.
Strong expertise in SAP MM, PP and integration with Finance/Manufacturing.
Experience delivering S/4HANA transformations and global rollouts.
Strong leadership, executive communication, problem solving, and vendor management skills.
Nice to Have:
Strong expertise in Ariba, IBP & MRP/MRP Live
