1. Configuration & Customization

• Design and implement Sitetracker specific components including Site Templates, Project Templates, Trackers, and Job Sheets.
• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend native Sitetracker capabilities.
• Migrate manual project rollouts and spreadsheet tracking into automated, intelligent workflow models.

Upgrades & Platform Health

• Act as a technical lead for complex Sitetracker managed package upgrades.
• Build automated pre- and post-upgrade validation test suites to ensure business continuity and eliminate regression defects
