Oracle Cloud Fusion Reporting & Analytics Engineer
Houston, TX
Onsite
Long-term opportunity
iSphere is looking for an Oracle Cloud Fusion Reporting & Analytics Engineer who can build analytics solutions that go beyond standard reporting. This role is heavily focused on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), supporting enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPI visibility, and data-driven decision making across the business.
You’ll work directly with functional teams and leadership to turn business needs into scalable analytics solutions that people can actually use.
Must haves
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion reporting and analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) including dashboards, data flows, visualizations, and semantic layer configuration
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including pipeline management, prebuilt content, and data augmentation
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying Oracle Fusion or Autonomous Data Warehouse environments
• Strong understanding of at least two Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, AR, HCM, SCM, or Procurement
• Experience working with data models, dimensional modeling, and analytics best practices
Nice to have
• Experience extending FDI with custom subject areas or third-party data sources
• Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Experience with OAC semantic model (RPD) development
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion security models and data visibility
• Oracle Cloud certifications
• Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within OAC
• Experience working in Agile environments
What the work looks like
You’ll design and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud and Fusion Data Intelligence. That includes dashboards, self-service reporting, KPI tracking, and data visualizations across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other business areas.
You’ll manage and optimize FDI pipelines, extend subject areas where needed, and support custom analytics requirements that go beyond out-of-the-box functionality.
You’ll also configure and maintain OAC semantic models, manage role-based access and security, and ensure reporting performance and data integrity remain strong as environments grow and evolve.
This role works closely with both business and technical teams, so communication matters. You’ll help translate business requirements into reporting solutions and explain analytics outputs in a way stakeholders can understand and use.
There’s also a mentorship component, helping support junior analysts and encouraging broader adoption of self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.
At iSphere, we look for people who can combine technical depth with business understanding and build reporting environments that drive real decisions. If you’ve worked deep in Oracle Fusion analytics and enjoy building scalable reporting solutions, this one will fit.
