**Moving Forward:**
There will be a heavy focus on frontend development. A candidate with mobile experience (React Native/iOS) would be a huge plus, as this person will help drive the process for a major mobile project. Experience with Claude/AI is also a plus.

Java Spring Boot API development
AWS cloud infrastructure familiarity
Senior-level mentorship capabilities
Ability to work across frontend and backend responsibilities
