If you\'re an experienced B- or A-Level Automotive Technician, this opportunity combines guaranteed base pay with flat-rate earning potential.
You\'ll work Monday?Friday with no weekends, service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, and have the opportunity to earn more as your skills and production grow.
Earning Potential
B-Level Technician
- $55,000?$85,000+ annually
- 3+ years of professional experience
A-Level Technician
- $75,000?$120,000+ annually
- 5+ years of experience preferred
Pay Structure
- $17/hour guaranteed base
- Approximately $38?$50 per flagged hour based on experience and productivity
- Performance bonuses
- Expected production of approximately 30?40+ billed hours per week
What You\'ll Do
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs
- Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Mentor less experienced technicians as appropriate
- Complete efficient, quality repairs
What We\'re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
- Ability to complete repairs independently
- Own professional automotive tools
- ASE Certifications preferred
- A-Level candidates with 5+ years of experience preferred
