Job Description:
We are seeking a Healthcare Financial Decision Support Analyst with strong analytical and reporting skills to support financial decision-making across healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing financial, clinical, and operational data and creating actionable dashboards and reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong experience with Tableau for developing dashboards and visualizations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, lookups, and financial analysis.
- Experience with healthcare financial data, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, financial reporting, and decision support.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to business and finance stakeholders.
- Experience creating recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with hospital, health system, or provider financial analytics.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle, patient billing, claims, reimbursements, and cost analysis.
- Experience with healthcare data platforms or EHR systems such as Epic.
