Senior Systems Technical Analyst (Integration Focus)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with a strong focus on application, system, and platform integrations to join our Capital Partners Technology team. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined technical and integration requirements that support scalable, reliable solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience analyzing system-to-system data flows, documenting integration patterns, and supporting complex workflows across multiple platforms. The role has a primary emphasis within the Business Process Management (BPM) space and requires close collaboration with developers, architects, project managers, and business partners across the full systems development lifecycle. Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, with a focus on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
Define and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
Document and support multiple integration patterns, including:
API-based integrations
Batch and data loader file integrations
Direct COBC and database-driven integrations
Point-to-point and middleware-based interfaces
Serve as an analyst within the BPM ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interaction across upstream and downstream dependencies.
Develop a working understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs for development teams.
