Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 3-6 months

· Senior, client-facing consultant who can lead stakeholder interviews, map current-state processes, identify gaps, and deliver a clear, CEO-ready roadmap
· Strong cross-system experience (Salesforce, ERP/HRIS, sales tools) with ability to design integration strategy and recommend architecture (Workato/Boomi-type middleware)

We’ll need someone who can lead this effort and be hands-on for the 4-week assessment phase and then hopefully help drive the execution phase which could be 3-6 months.

Senior business/systems analyst with a consultative approach — able to interview stakeholders at all levels and translate business process gaps into actionable recommendations
Systems in scope are Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Salesloft, Highspot, Dayforce, and Concur and maybe a few others
Familiarity with integration middleware (Workato, Boomi, or Datablend) and data architecture concepts (Databricks/Lakehouse a plus)
Deliverables - current-state process maps, integration architecture options, and a prioritized roadmap suitable for CEO-level presentation
